Dr. Milt Mathis
Chairman and Founder - Dr. Mathis is a consultant and an expert in microwave process technology. He holds two advanced degrees in the disciplines
of Materials Science, with emphasis in ceramic materials, and in organic chemistry.
- Dr. Mathis has spent 17 years in corporate research for the 3M Company. Dr. Mathis
has authored and co-authored several papers in the field of microwave processing since the mid-1990's.
- Dr. Mathis' work in microwave science was featured in Chemical and Engineering
News, 75 (6), pages 26-33, (1997) and he was a featured scientist in General Chemistry
(3rd Edition), Umland, J.B. and Ballama, J.M., Brooks-Cole Publishing, Pacific Grove, CA
